The program
Program name: Hotelwright shift texts. Texts are sent by Hotelwright for the hotel you work for, and only about your own shifts: schedules, changes and open shifts. There is no marketing.
Not active yet
We don't send texts yet. Ticking the box only records your choice. When texts start, you'll get one text to confirm, and you can reply STOP at any time.
How often
How often you get texts varies with your schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any text to stop. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT, and in Spanish ALTO, PARAR, PARE, DETENER, CANCELAR, BAJA, FIN, SALIR and NO MÁS. You can also untick the box in your settings or tell your manager.
We stop at once and send one text to confirm. Reply START to get texts again.
Help
Reply HELP (or AYUDA) for help, or write to support@hotelwright.com.
Texts are optional
Agreeing is optional. Saying no does not affect your job, and your shifts always show in the app.
If your number changes
Update your number in your settings. A new number clears your agreement until you agree again for that number.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data is used only to send the shift texts you agreed to.
See the Privacy Policy for more.
