Does it work with our booking system?
It reads the event order PDFs or the spreadsheet export your booking system already produces. Nothing has to be connected.
What happens when an order changes mid-week?
Upload the new version or change the field. Anything printed is marked Stale and kept; anything you set by hand is left alone.
Does my team need to install an app?
No. They get a link and see their shifts in their phone's browser, in English or Spanish.
Who can see our hotel's data?
Only the people you invite. Each hotel is kept separate from every other.
Does the trial need a card?
No. It's 14 days with the full Team plan.
